Fast, sustainable and clear delivery
We aim to dispatch your order on the same working day, provided you order before 3:30 PM (CET). If that is not possible, we will always let you know. All orders are sent with PostNL, or with one of PostNL’s international partners for shipments abroad. Within the Netherlands, your order arrives within 1-2 working days.

Customs and import duties
We ship from the Netherlands. Any import duties or handling fees charged by the carrier are payable by the customer.
Bank transfer
Please note that orders paid by bank transfer take longer to process, so delivery takes longer too.

Ordering from abroad
An address abroad? No problem
Ordering from abroad or with a delivery address outside the Netherlands is no problem: you will find the rates and free-delivery thresholds per destination above. Please allow a little longer for delivery abroad; delivery to the UK and Ireland takes 2-4 working days after dispatch. Want to know the exact delivery time? Feel free to get in touch.
Returns
14 days to change your mind
Not satisfied? Please return the unopened packaging within 14 days to Paper Chip Cones, Veldsteen 24, 4815 PK Breda, The Netherlands. Custom-printed products are excluded from returns.
